Can you explain the difference between Stainless Steel and Carbon Steel?

Main differences between “Stainless steel” and “Carbon steel” blades.

  1. Stainless steels have much higher corrosion resistance, due to the protective chromium oxide layer that covers the steel surface after heat treatment.

  2. Stainless steels contain at least 10.5% by weight of chromium. The carbide particles provide the steel with significant wear resistance. The carbides are bonded together by the steel matrix.

Who is responsible for taxes, government levies, fee?

Taxes and Fees at the country of delivery are paid by customer.  We will not be responsable for taxes paid by the customer. Any items returned or consficated for not paying taxes will not be paid by Ice Global Inc.  No international shipments will be shipped out under the GIFT option.  Before ordering from us, please make sure your understand this procedure.  If you have any questions, please free to contact us

Can order be changed or cancelled once placed?

Yes: orders can be cancelled before the shipment, however, once shipped cannot be cancelled. Orders cannot be changed once submitted as we don't store your credit card information that restrict us to make changes, however, you can cancel the order before the shipment and re-enter a new order. This will result in refund to your account for the original order and payment for the subsequent order.

Can I place order over the phone?

How do you shave with a wet razor?

1). Preparation
Wet your face and a washcloth with warm water. Lightly soap the washcloth and with slight pressure, glide the cloth upward against the growth of hair on your face, starting at the lower neck and moving up. This will make your beard stand up for easier shaving. Rinse, DO NOT USE EXTREMELY HOT WATER, because this is drying to the skin and damaging to your pores. Rinse off the washcloth and wring it out, then place it on the areas you will be shaving, like the face and neck. Hold it in place for 1-2 minutes. Doing all of this will help guard against razor burn by softening the hairs.
2). Use of Shaving Creams
Use special formula shaving cream or gel with skin protectors and moisturizers. These work the best because they increase the wetness of the hair by holding water and moisture in place, which helps the TREET BLADE Razor's ability to cut.
3). Shaving Brush
Using a shaving brush with natural bristles to lather your face will help lift the hairs of your beard for a better shave. If you do not have one, use your fingers. Remember; do not use regular bathroom bar soap for shaving cream because it is not lubricating enough.
4). Right or Wrong Direction
There really is no right or wrong direction for shaving with TREET BLADE (other than horizontally), because each man's skin and whiskers are different. What is good for one may not be the same for another. Some men lather up and shave in the direction of the hair growth on your face for best results, not against the grain of their whiskers. Others will shave both ways and have no problems. OK, we all know it seems like you would get a better shave by going against the grain, but this actually can damage the hair shaft. However, do not worry -- if you now experience irritation by shaving against the grain and want to switch, spend the next 3 weeks shaving in the other direction with TREET BLADE to retrain the growth pattern of your beard. Soon, you will be getting a smoother shave with no difficulty.
5). While you're shaving
Be sure to rinse off your TREET BLADE Razor, preferably after each stroke, to remove cut hairs and extra lather. This will prevent the blades from becoming clogged and can save you from accidental nicks.
Assist your skin by lightly pressing into your skin near the area you will be shaving, prior to sliding the TREET BLADE Razor across your face with your other hand. This gives you a closer shave.
6). Important points to remember
Don't forget to shave areas like under the chin, behind the lower jaw, behind the cheekbones, close to the ears, etc.
Relax, breathe steadily, and pay attention to what you are doing.
Do not use two hands to drag the TREET BLADE Razor across your face.
7). Once you're done
When you are finished, wet your washcloth with lukewarm water (not hot, not cold) and wring. Place it on your face to help close the pores of your skin. Then pat off (do not rub) your face with a soft dry towel. Do not forget to rinse your TREET BLADE Razor for a final time.
8). Use of skin moisturizers
It is very important that you put a skin moisturizer or after shave balm on your face immediately after shaving with TREET BLADE; because your skin will probably feel a little vulnerable then. If you have a dried-out feeling, a nourishing moisturizer is a must. You can also use alcohol-based aftershave because any cuts or nicks may heal quickly, but this also stings and dries out skin. Oil-based lotions can clog pores, so use a gentle product that is alcohol and oil free, like a balm. Aloe Vera gel is a great natural product to use. 

Do you do "Private Labelling"?

Private labelling is also available under the following terms and conditions:
• Minimum order is 2.0 Million blades.
• Proof of the Brand ownership.
• Advance payment of 30% of the order initializing the job in terms of development and printing of packaging material and other pre-requisites.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns.

You can return unopened items in the original packaging within 30 days of your purchase with receipt or proof of purchase. If 30 days or more have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange. Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable. To follow-up on the status of your return, please contact us at iceglobalinc@gmail.com.
Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds will also be adjusted for the shipping and handling costs if the free shipping was offered on the order. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping. Please also review our return policy given on the main page.

Do you cater Bulk Orders?

We can supply our products to whole seller in the bulk quantities, please send us your inquiry using the inquiry form under the “contact” tab. We can give you better pricing and delivery terms based on the quantity required.

Do you keep my credit card information?

We do not keep your credit card information for the security purposes, therefore, you have to enter your credit card information every time when you enter an order.

Do you sell smaller quantities of double edge razor blades or Sample Packs?

We, certainly sell in the smaller quantities, please check our selection of sample packs and products labeled as “10 blades” that you can order online.

I want to know more about shipping.

br />1) Canada and USA orders?
We use Canada Post Regular Parcel service, unless you upgrade to Expedited Service Delivery times range from 3 business days to 10 business days from the time we deliver to Canada Post ( we normally take 48 to 76 hrs to prepare the shipment) depending on where the order is being delivered. Expected delivery time:

   • When your parcel left Canada and when it was accepted by a foreign postal administration.

   • When a delivery notice card was issued to notify the recipient that the parcel is available for pick-up.

The online tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment, if you did not receive a tracking number, either you’ve entered your email incorrectly, or the Canada Post email may have been directed to your email spam folder.

2) International order:
Please don’t place any international order through our website rather use the “inquiry form” available under the “contact” tab with your requirements and we will notify you with the pricing and other details before accepting your order. Generally speaking international orders less than $100/- are not commercially feasible considering the shipment costs associated. Shipping cost depends on the weight of the package/items, its destination, and the shipping method selected. We can only find out shipping cost based on your order and information such as your location, weight of the order, prefer method of shipment such by air or sea, regular or courier service, etc. 
We can ship international orders from Canada, Dubai, or Pakistan depending upon your location, order size and the best shipping rates available as we have over sixty years’ experience of doing it. Treet products are in high demand. Currently, Treet is exporting its products to over 35 countries around the globe. Major customers are from China, Iran, Korea, Malaysia, Syria, Bangladesh, Germany, Italy, Spain, Brazil, Poland, KSA, and 23 other countries.
We can offer you guaranteed delivery/courier service with insurance and tracking for an additional fee, but you must email us for a shipping price.
3) Free Shipping
We don’t offer free shipping, instead we provide price break on your order. The idea is to pay less as you order more, which results in more savings to you as compared to the free shipping.
4) Changing shipping address after order has shipped?
Shipping address cannot be changed once order is shipped, please ensure you are entering the right address when placing the order.
5) Can I pick up my order from your warehouse?
We are an online business and all orders are shipped to customers.  We do not allow customers in the warehouse for security, safety and insurance purposes.
6) Why there is no standard turn around time for the delivery.
Time line given above for the delivery is only an estimate and can vary from order to order. Please understand we have no control over this.
7) Shipping Address
It is very important and your responsibility to enter the correct and complete address when placing an order online.  We don't know where you live and we don't know if you are shipping the parcel to a friend, family member, and boyfriend/girlfriend.  Please double check the shipping address!  If you have an account with us, please make sure your shipping address is up-to-date with where you want the order shipped.  We do not cross-check your address because many times orders are gifts or clients want orders shipped to other places like summer homes, a workplace or a location where the parcel can't be intercepted by a significant other (you know what I mean)!  I repeat, PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR SHIPPING ADDRESS IS ACCURATE!
